Herbst 89 im Deutschen Hinstorischen Museum

Ab Freitag den 09.12 ist Leipzig '89 im Rahmen der Ausstellung „ROADS NOT TAKEN. Oder: Es hätte auch anders kommen können“ im Deutschen Historischen Museum zu sehen und zu Spielen! In Zusammenarbeit mit PlayingHistory (playinghistory.de) entstand ein interaktiver Graphic Novel der den 09.11.1989 durch 7 unterschiedliche Perspektiven erlebbar macht.

Illustration is one of the most versatile art forms in today’s visual culture.

Alexander Roncaldier has been freelancing for over 10 years for a wide variety of clients big and small, domestic and international. His multifaceted style and toolbox approach to illustration enables him to continuously hone his skills and always find the right visual language to best cater to any client’s needs.

He currently lives and works in Berlin.

Herbst 89 - a interactive graphic novel

One of the most extensive single projects I had the pleasure to be a part of. After a fairly intensive process of finding the right visual language for the task and over 300 Illustrations later stands a playable interactive graphic novel that tells the story of that fateful day in 89 through the eyes of seven different protagonists. Thanks to the team of Playing History for their awesome work and to the DHM for making it art of the permanent exhibition.
